Picture OVERLOAD!!!

I've finally gotten my pictures onto my computer and have made online albums on Picasa! Yeah me! There are so many people who have requested these pictures and to them, I apologize for the delay. Looking at these pictures makes me realize just how fast Ryder has grown. I can hardly remember holding him when he was so small! I now know what they mean when they comment on how fast children grow! Already I'm experiencing it.

These first pictures are from Poudre Vally Hospital. We checked into the Birthing Center on June 15th and Ryder was born June 16th. He was 7 lbs. 10 oz. and he was small! I can hardly remember him being so little!

This set is from Ryder's first week. Once he was born we were transferred from the Birthing Center to our room in Women's Care. We had many visitors and both of our Mothers and a room full of wonderful plants and flowers. It was so exciting, but very chaotic. We couldn't stop taking pictures! We left the hospital on June 18th and it was very exciting to bring our little man into our home.

When Ryder was two weeks old, we loaded the truck up with all the necessary gear (which those of you with children know is no easy feat), two dogs, and enough clothes to last us three weeks and took our 1st Road Trip! We drove to Texas for the 4th of July with Little Star's immediate family. Then it was on to Mississippi to see the rest of her family. We even got to meet Ryder's cousin who was born one month before him. Next was Tennessee to see Aaron's friends and family. It was a great trip and Ryder was great. It was wonderful for Aaron and I to share our new joy with our family and friends.

When we got home it took Aaron and I longer to settle in than Ryder. He was great and adjusted nicely. We finally got our regular camera lens back from the camera shop and so we had fun taking pictures of Ryder. I cannot believe how much he has grown and how fast it has happened! These pictures are some of his first two camping trips and Labor Day weekend with family. He sure is fun!
